Preparation For Your Healing Session

• Create a relaxing atmosphere for yourself. Light a candle and have your favorite crystal nearby.

• Please do not have music playing or other background noise like the television or radio as this will interfere with the healing.

• Have a glass of water with you incase you may need it.

• Ideally you will be lying down so have a blanket and some pillows around to make sure that you will be comfortable. If you cannot lie down then sit comfortably.

• Allow yourself some time after the session is finished to relax and bathe in these beautiful healing energies.

• This service affects everyone differently. Some people will feel its effects immediately , or later on that day and others feel its benefits the next day.

• Make sure to drink lots of water afterwards to help you process this beautiful healing.
