• If done via telephone call make sure you will not be disturbed and your telephone or other device is fully charged.
• Create a relaxing atmosphere for yourself. Light a candle and have your favorite crystal nearby.
• Please do not have music playing or other background noise like the television or radio as this will interfere with the healing.
• Have a glass of water with you incase you may need it.
• Ideally you will be lying down so have a blanket and some pillows around to make sure that you will be comfortable. If you cannot lie down then sit comfortably.
